Though I grew up in the suburbs of New York, for a while London became my home where I studied art and started a family. Eventually a teaching opportunity brought us to Indonesia where, for nearly 20 years, Bali and Southeast Asia became my neighbourhood. Observations and experiences gained through traveling, teaching, and immersion into various communities has moulded my perceptions and inevitably found their way into my work. I've enjoyed working as an artist and art teacher in Indonesia and Malaysia, finally settling in County Roscommon, Ireland where I have a studio, facilitate workshops and exhibit my work.
